Awarded to PVL due to the works completed at IQL S4, the project is a 27-story tower with 4 storey basements. All Core walls from B3 to L27 to be have Fair face walls inside the 2 stair wells and all external walls with a specified panel layout. The construction involves to SCP Jump forms and Post tension Slabs. The basement is a top down construction with plane finish Sofits and walls using guillotine pannels
one of the multiple developments which were a part of the Stratford development projects. IQL S4 was a 22 story office use building with a basement. The project utilised value engineering and sustainable construction which resulted in all external core walls, stair wells, radius column and all soffits to be exposed and to be constructed to a fair face standard. The slab construction was a 300mm Post tension slabs and a Jumpform construction for the core.
Camden Goods Yard was a residential Project with 5 sperate blocks and 2 story basements. The project comprised of Top-Down construction, jumform, Post-tension Slabs and special finish to slabs.
Description: Located in the decommissioned gasholder the First Phase of the development includes 3 towers 19 story, 12 story and 10 story respectively. The build was a traditional construction. The stair cores were to be exposed with precast stairs. Swimming pool and ramps on the ground floor.
One of Berkley Homes Flagship Projects involving the utilisation of decommissioned Gas holder. The Project consists of 5 residential Blocks with the basements constructed utilising the existing Gas Holder pits. The project has 5 slipforms of varying hight all to receive a steel float to the stair wells. The basements are to be a multi-use spaces including a care park and a bicycle store.
Located just of old street station in Shoreditch, the project was a 29 story structure with a 3 story basement. The construction involved a 1m deep raft poured in 2 hits of 500m3 each. The core was a unique project consisting of a 3-story basement with 1m deep rafts with 2 500m3 raft pours. The core was a slipform construction with an average climb of 2.4m a day. The structure was to be a modular construction after level 5 to the roof.

A mixed used use commercial Structure comprising of a RC core and Metal Deck slabs. The Building was half top down construction and half blue sky. The construction programe required 2 1200m3 and 900m3 core base slabs to be poured in one hit. Both cores were poured using a SCP Jumform with each pour ranging from 100m3 to 120m3. All basement walls and columns were to be poured using a Guillotine shutter and a feature face 3story wall in the basement.
university building for UCL with special coloured and textured wall finishes.
The project involved the part demolition of an existing structure and adding floors to the parts to remain. The project involved thickening of columns and a new core with fair face external walls.
This landmark commercial high-rise spans 37 stories with a 3-story basement, showcasing cutting-edge construction techniques. The project features two large slipforms rising simultaneously to heights of 170m and 100m, ensuring rapid vertical progress. The basement utilises a top-down construction method, allowing excavation and structural works to advance in parallel. Floor plates are constructed using a composite slab system, optimising efficiency and structural performance.
